The Import and Export Procedure
1. Both of us have gotten an Agreement about the ORDER.
2. After you do the payment as the DOWN PAYMENT in your bank, and we have gotten the Confirmation of Payment from our bank, we will start to arrange the produce schedule for you. Such as the design of your order, the exact lead time of your order.
3. During the whole production, we will keep contact with you, and let you know what is going on in our factory of your order. And after we finish the order, we will send you the pictures of all products by email to get your confirmation or OK for the goods.
4. After we get all OK of the goods from you, we will start to arrange to delivery for you. We have very good business relationships with Ship Company, airways and also DHL, UPS. So we can get a nice delivery price for our clients.
5. By sea, it is the cheapest delivery way for international business as we know, but it always cost more time than by air or by express. By air, it means after we send out the goods out of our factory, its destination of yours is at the airport. So you have to get the goods by yourself, or you drive to the airport to get the goods back, or you ask the delivery company to do this for you.
1). By air, we can also arrange DOOR TO DOOR service for you, but the price is a little higher than common by air service.
2). By express, you can get the good at your home or your office. That is the most convenient delivery way for small goods.
By air or by express, just 5 days you can get the goods, no matter where you are on the earth.
6. When the goods get on the ship or the plane, we will tell you the Bill of Lading Number to you as soon as possible, so you can get the goods in time.
7. Different countries have different Customs Tax, you can get more information about this from your Customs officials of your country. That is easy.
8. When you pay the Customs Tax, you can get what you are waiting for!
